We're now living with COVID and I will continue to wear a mask and visor to protect my customers. To keep us all safe, I'm requesting that only one adult and one child come into the workshop at the same time and that adults wear a mask if they can.
I appreciate that you may need to travel with other family members; there is space outside for them to wait and socially distance.
COVID Workshop Procedures
✔ I will be wearing a face visor to protect you, your child and me.
✔ I will not be accepting walk-ins - thank you for booking.
✔ I will stagger customer appointment times.
✔ I will greet you warmly but without a handshake or a hug.
✔ Please minimise what you bring into the workshop.
✔ I ask that clients attend appointments only with the child whose impressions I will be taking: 1 Adult and 1 Child only in the workshop at one time.
✔ I ask that you pay using email invoicing- deposits after initial impressions and final payment before collection.
To ensure everyone’s safety, please.
✔ Arrive at the time agreed to maximise social distancing and to allow for cleaning in between customers.
✔ Wear a face covering if you are able
✔ Use the hand sanitiser provided as you enter and again as you leave.
✔ Contact us and re-arrange your appointment, at no additional cost, if you have a temperature, or are feeling unwell; or if any person in your household is unwell or is self-isolating.
✘ Do not come to the workshop if you or anyone you live with is unwell or self-isolating.
I may need to amend or adjust these guidelines based on government policy and new research to protect the safety of my clients and myself. I may also need to suspend or cancel bookings if there is a resurgence in cases and a change in the regulations. I appreciate your patience and understanding in these challenging times.
